In all of my life, I have never witnessed so much sickness and unwellness. It is becoming very clear that our products and our environment are toxic, and our food supply tainted and nutritionally depleted. I have found that there are two main ways that I employ to combat this sad reality. The first is to avoid toxic food and products, while doing regular body clean-outs. The second is a nonstop search for “clean” sources of nutrition. I have recently planted more long-term food-producing plants than ever before in an effort to satisfy my “clean” nutrition needs. And while we could argue about how things have gotten so bad, for most of us here, it is no secret that damaging choices are abundant right now – by design. And it is those choices that will dictate the future paths of us all.
Of course, there is much more one can do. An important part of what we are facing also has to do with wireless frequencies. For my part, I have worked hard to “hard-wire” the digital components in my home and limit the wireless signal to one hot-spot that is easily turned off. So-called smartphones are another source that requires our attention. I turn my phone off every night at a certain time. I never charge the device near me or my family. And – I certainly never sleep in the same room with a smartphone. Lastly, I have acquired powdered shungite, which I mix into low-VOC paint. I then paint one or more rooms with it, which become like a Faraday Cage. Multiple coats and a base or primer coat can be added to one space, which I consider like a safe room if I ever feel frequencies are out of hand or being pulsed in a weaponized fashion.
At the end of the day, the big deal right now is nutrition. I was unaware that nearly all maladies can be cured. There are exceptions, which mostly have to do with injuries, birth defects, and brain injuries. I took this truth to heart after being cured of things that a doctor would tell me cannot be cured. It was basically done through nutrition and Reckeweg-type remedies. I also walked away from arthritis in my arms and hands by simply taking quality magnesium and niacin (vitamin B complexes from Clive de Carle). I was also taking Reckeweg remedies, so I am not sure which played the major role, but I continue with the B complexes every day without fail.
I have learned first-hand the importance of nutrition and supplements. I have also learned that many of those products at the drug store are not dosed right, nor is the quality what it should be.
