We have reached an age where simply eating food from the grocery store is no longer safe, for the most part. Gut health is where it all begins but what we put in our bodies is under attack by corporations that process and add chemicals to the food supply. Reading food labels has become an exercise in “ingredients” no one can pronounce and few understand. How can this be anything other than a direct attack on the health of average human everywhere? How can this be anything other than an effort to promote sickness and shorten life spans?
