It turns out that there are common, basic, nutriments that affect many due to modern diets. We cover some simple elements and supplements in this episode, which I use daily and have benefited from. Most of us do not consider the importance of salts and metals in our daily diet. There is a huge difference between things made in nature and things sold as processed food stuff or delivered in gel-caps. Getting back to things made in nature, we cover magnesium, zinc and vitamin C and talk about common nutrient deficiencies. As with all things that can be bought and sold, there is a huge difference between mass-market supplements and hand crafted dietary supplements. As is always true, the closer one can get to nature-made, the better off one will be. Many of us have forgotten that Mother Nature makes everything we need, and it is not possible to find an alternate source of the same quality.
