The Dawning of the Age of Aquarius, Engineered in America
The Dawning of the Age of Aquarius, Engineered in America
“There is a difference between religion and spirituality, and one is a corporation.”

Therefore all things whatsoever ye would that men should do to you, do ye even so to them: for this is the law and the prophets.
Mathew 7:12
I was raised as a Christian. Over time, I found that organized religion offered very little in the way of spiritual value beyond the initial learning of scripture. At some point, I realized I could read the Bible on my own, free of being told how to think about it. I also realized that two churches, both professed Christian, would take very different views on biblical meaning — and that I should view scripture in the same way my church did. At some point, I began to ask myself what spiritual value could be found in hearing the same biblical passages over and over again. I wanted more than scriptural reading and moral philosophy.
This is when I began my journey of learning how other cultures in our world deal with spiritual endeavors. Reading voraciously, I found what I call the mind sciences — and I wondered why the churches I was brought up in had no comparison. After years of studying spiritual ideas from all over the world, I found that Christianity did have mind sciences — once upon a time. But it had disappeared for most of us over the centuries.
It was while studying Saints that I came to realize that the Christian church did have highly realized spiritual seekers beyond the central figure of the religion. I came to comprehend that many highly evolved spiritual seekers all over the world were saying very similar things. Unfortunately, my church had taught me that their way was the only way, and that all other spiritual paths fell short — especially if they were not biblically based. But luckily, my church had also taught me the “Golden Rule” (Matthew 7:12 & Luke 6:31), and this helped me to bridge the gap and set aside prejudice and bigotry.
I have long been interested in the idea of ages, or long cyclical periods of time. I associate ages with spirituality, which is what likely grabbed my interest. While learning about so-called ages, I began studying Hindu ideas about cyclical ages of time. For me, the older the information, the better — most of the time — and the yuga cycles grabbed my attention. Incredibly, I learned this ancient culture had been measuring time from microseconds to trillions of years for centuries — at least.
Studying ideas about the yuga cycle led me to a man named Sri Yukteswar Giri. Apparently, his teacher tasked him with writing a book meant to show parallel passages from the Bible and Upanishads in order to demonstrate the unity of all religions. The book is titled The Holy Science. The opening 10–12 pages of the book seek to correct what the author felt were miscalculations in the yuga cycles, which had occurred due to our passage through the darkest cycle — called the Kali Yuga — when consciousness and spiritual matters are at an all-time low.
The remainder of the book puts forth commonality in the meaning of passages from Christian and Hindu scripture. For me, this is a noble effort, and it puts the Golden Rule front and center. Of all I have learned in this world, I hold the Golden Rule as one of the most important ideas in our world. It has the power to change our world for the better — but like most things, it requires that we choose to value its message.
I was born in 1963. As the years went by and I examined the 60s, I came to see that decade was used to distort and derail spiritual awakening. What had once been sacred knowledge was turned into spectacle. The wisdom of the Rishis, the discipline of the yogis, and the deep insight found in both Eastern and Western scriptures became fashion statements or tools for mass manipulation. Psychedelics were dangled as shortcuts, but what was lost was reverence, structure, and accountability.
Autobiography of a Yogi had a major impact on me. Yogananda’s sincerity introduced the West to the idea that true spiritual work involves inner transformation — not spectacle. His teacher, Sri Yukteswar, stated clearly in The Holy Science: “The highest aim of religion is Self-realization.” That’s not something you find at a concert or through a chemical substance. That’s discipline, devotion, and moral courage. You will also find information about highly advanced Christian’s you have heard of in this book. It seems that those on a serious spiritual path recognize one another through the commonality of what it means to spiritually advance, free of religious partisanship.
Babaji, who Yogananda called a deathless master, didn’t teach rebellion. He taught refinement. There is a stark contrast between the quiet mind cultivated in yogic tradition and the loud, chaotic spiritualism that was handed out like candy to the hippies. This became clear as years went by. I began to see those good ideas — sacred ideas — had been co-opted.
As Jason said during Episode 629, it’s sad. It’s sad because people were truly seeking something higher. And they were handed a lie wrapped in color and music. The powers that be didn’t invent spiritual longing — they hijacked it. And yet, the core truths are still here. The Golden Rule still holds. The true mind sciences still exist, and they are still spiritually based for those seeking the highest levels. But they ask something of us. They require integrity, effort, and discernment.
What was once hidden is now in plain sight. Always remember the choice is still ours. I would like to wish you all a happy, healthy, and higher-minded new era.

Very profound! Thank you Crow! I appreciate your work and Jason and Rose.
Excellent summation. I look forward to listening to this episode. I have enjoyed previous discussions on this and related topics. Apt timing, too!
Crrow what you experience many of us have and so glad to have a community who allows questions and does not give canned answers.
We all can improve on the skill of critical thinking.
Thankyou

My heart beat rate per minute was monitored for 23 hrs. 30 min. and 42 seconds , the total number of beats during that period was 106,050, that is one hundred and six thousand and fifty beats. LIFE is AMAZING. The CREATOR of this REALM is INCOMPREHENSIBLE.
I swore off religion at an early age, around 10 or 12. Looking at the other kids I saw in their eyes a wanting to believe, and yet were hesitant, and in the older people the wait, waiting to condemn others for coming up short. No real joy, no real love, just waiting…
Fearing the God they were worshiping. How could the loving God they described so often as loving us so much be so feared?
At 77yo it’s been a long journey in this skin, and I ain’t near done yet. I never will be. And that my friends is what I call a wonderful journey!
Thank you for this one. Made me sit in a moment.
